How it works

From first message to first visit

No forms, no waiting rooms. Most families are matched the same day.

  1. Tell us what you need

A coordinator asks about the person, the hours and anything clinical.

  2. Meet your shortlist

Two or three matched carers within the hour, with credentials and rates.

  3. Confirm the visit

Approve a carer and we book the first visit. Nothing is locked in.

  4. Follow every visit

Track arrival, read the visit notes, change carers any time.

Client reviews

What our clients say

Real feedback from families who booked services through SITT.

  • This company is excellent in the services it provides, and I highly recommend dealing with them. The contract was for two months of live-in home care for my mother after her double knee replacement surgery. Everyone, from reception to follow-up, was wonderful. And I mustn't forget the caregiver, Jana.

    Elderly Care
  • The centre is excellent and the services outstanding, at a lower price than other centres. Ms. Nouf answered all my enquiries on WhatsApp and followed up afterwards. Dr. Shifa truly lives up to her name — she contacted me before, during and after the service and explained every detail of the results. The tests I needed were very complex and unavailable in most centres, but they were available here.

    Lab Tests
  • We requested physical therapy for my father, and the specialist we met was incredibly professional. But what impressed me most was their customer service and quick response time. I especially want to mention Ms. Rand Al-Otaibi — she was so helpful, understanding and incredibly ethical. Thank you for providing services that make things easier for so many people.

Frequently asked questions

The answers families ask for most before their first booking.

How quickly can a carer start?

Most families receive a shortlist within an hour and a first visit the same day or next morning. Overnight and live-in placements usually start within 24 to 48 hours, because we shortlist more carefully for continuous cover.

How are Sitt carers vetted?

Every carer passes five stages before their first booking: government ID verification, a national police clearance, verification of qualifications directly with the issuing body, two reference calls with previous employers, and a practical assessment with our head of care. Nurses are additionally checked against their Saudi Commission for Health Specialties registration.

What does care cost?

Every service is quoted per case, because the cost turns on the hours, the level of care and — for nursing — what your physician has ordered. Send us the details on WhatsApp and you get the full price in writing before anything is booked. There are no agency joining fees, and nothing is added afterwards.

Can I request a female carer, or a specific language?

Yes, and most families do. Tell your coordinator the gender, language and cultural preferences that matter to your household and we will only shortlist carers who match. Arabic and English are standard; Urdu, Tagalog, Hindi and Malayalam are widely available.

What happens if my carer cannot come?

Your coordinator arranges cover — that is their job, not yours. If we cannot fill the slot with someone suitable, the visit is not charged. In the twelve months to June 2026 we covered 96 percent of visits on the first request.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. You can book a single visit and stop there. Bundles are prepaid for a set number of visits, are valid for at least six months, and unused visits are refundable within that window.
