Our clinical lead reads the diagnosis, prescription or discharge summary and confirms what is safely deliverable at home — or tells you plainly that it is not.

Structured clinical notes you can share with your treating physician, so nothing depends on someone remembering what happened.
Escalation path, day and night
A 24-hour clinical line. Clinicians escalate to our clinical lead, and the clinical lead escalates to your treating physician.

A discharge summary, a prescription or a test request is enough. Our clinical team reads it the same day and tells you what can be done at home.
