2. Description of Services

SITT is a platform that connects users with independent, licensed healthcare and care professionals — including doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, lab technicians, elderly care assistants, and babysitters — for home-based service delivery in Riyadh, Al-Kharj, and Al-Muzahmiyya.

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to book services through SITT, or must be booking on behalf of a minor or dependent as their parent or legal guardian.

4. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are confirmed once selected service, time, location, and payment method are submitted and accepted.
• Accepted payment methods include Mada, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, and Tabby installment payments.
• Prices for services are as displayed on the Platform at the time of booking.

5. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal, location, and health-related information necessary for safe and effective service delivery.
• Ensure a safe environment for the visiting professional.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.

6. Provider Qualifications

All medical professionals listed on the Platform are represented as holding valid licensing/registration appropriate to their role under Saudi regulations. SITT undertakes a vetting process as described on our Meet Our Team page.

Services booked through SITT are provided by licensed professionals for the purposes described at booking. In case of a medical emergency, users should contact Saudi Arabia’s emergency services (997/911) immediately rather than relying solely on a scheduled home visit.

All content on the SITT website and app — including text, logos, and design — is the property of SITT and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

11. Termination of Access

SITT reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform for users who violate these Terms or misuse the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Saudi courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

SITT may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
