Personal care

Care for the people you go home to

Elderly care and child care are the same promise in two forms: someone in your house you would trust without being there. Police-checked, reference-called, and matched to the household rather than to whoever is free on the rota.

Two ways we help at home

Both are delivered by vetted carers rather than clinicians. If the need involves a licence or a procedure, medical support is the other half of what we do.

Personal care

Someone trusted in the house — for an afternoon, a night shift, or every day.

  1. Five-stage vetting

Identity, national police check, credential verification, two reference calls and a practical assessment — before anyone reaches your shortlist.

  2. One coordinator, not a call centre

A named coordinator who knows the household. If a carer calls in sick, they find the cover instead of leaving you to ring round.

  3. Hours that match reality

Four-hour visits, overnight shifts, weekends or live-in cover. You are booking the hours you need, not a monthly contract.

  4. Swap without friction

If the fit is wrong, say so and we replace the carer for the next visit. No fee, and no awkward conversation to have yourself.
