SITT is a home healthcare platform that connects families in Riyadh, Al-Kharj, and Al-Muzahmiyya with licensed doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, lab technicians, elderly care assistants, and professional babysitters — all bookable through our app or website.
What areas does SITT serve?
We currently operate in Riyadh, Al-Kharj, and Al-Muzahmiyya, with plans to expand to more cities.
Is SITT available 24/7?
Yes. Our team and many of our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Booking
How do I book a service?
Choose your service on the app or website, select your preferred date, time, and location, and confirm your booking. You can also book instantly via WhatsApp or by calling +96620033219.
Can I book for someone else, like a parent or child?
Yes, you can book any of our services on behalf of a family member, and provide their details and needs during booking.
Can I set up an ongoing/recurring service, like daily nursing or elderly care?
Yes. Many of our clients use SITT for contract-based care — such as monthly IV therapy, daily wound care, or ongoing elderly assistance — with continuity from the same provider where possible.
How quickly can a provider reach me?
Response times depend on service type, your location, and provider availability. Urgent bookings, including same-day babysitting or nursing visits, are supported — call +96620033219 to check availability for urgent needs.
Providers & Safety
Are SITT's doctors, nurses, and caregivers licensed?
Yes. All medical professionals on our platform hold valid Saudi licensing/registration relevant to their role, and all providers — including babysitters and care assistants — go through a vetting process before joining our network. Learn more on our Meet Our Team page.
Who will be coming to my home?
You will be informed of your assigned provider's name and role ahead of your appointment. All providers are verified members of our network.
What if I'm not satisfied with a provider or service?
Contact our customer care team at +96620033219 or customercare@sitt-app.com. For ongoing services, our team also follows up proactively to check on service quality.

What services can I book through SITT?
In-Home Doctor Visit, Nursing Services, Physiotherapy at Home, In-Home Lab Services, Children's Care Assistant / Baby Sitting, Elderly Care Assistant, Intravenous (IV) Vitamins, and Online Consultation.
Can I get lab tests done at home?
Yes, our in-home lab service allows sample collection at your location, with results processed through licensed labs.
Do you offer online doctor consultations?
Yes, you can schedule an online consultation with a licensed doctor directly through the app or website.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mada, Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer, and Tabby installment payments.
